기사 : 남조선에서 휘몰아치는 선군지지열기 김룡진 우리민족끼리 2006.11.22 우리의 선군정치에 의하여 이룩된 강위력한 전쟁억제력은 조선반도에서 평화와 안정의 확고한 담보를 마련하였다. 이를 계기로 지금 남조선에서는 그 어느때보다 선군정치를 지지하는 열기가 드높다. 유엔도 국제사회의 의사도 무시하고 오직 자기의 국익만을 위해 약한 나라들을 제 마음대로 침공해온 미국, 오랜 기간 우리 공화국에 대하여 악착스러운 적대시정책을 실시하면서 핵전쟁도 불사하려던 미제의 전쟁도발위협은 우리의 강위력한 전쟁억제력에 의하여 사실상 파산을 면치 못하게 되였다. 미국내에서도 잘못 타산한 상대에 대한 잘못한 정책으로 하여 전조선을 타고앉아 아시아대륙에 대한 지배를 실현하려던 미제의 꿈은 영원한 망상으로 되였다는 패배의 탄식이 쏟아져나오고있다. 조국과 인민, 온 겨레의 운명을 수호하는 선군정치가 얼마나 정당하고 위력한것인가에 대하여 지각있는 남조선인민들은 한결같이 인정하고있다. 오늘 남조선의 각계각층 인민들은 우리의 강위력한 전쟁억제력이 있어 민족의 존엄과 영예가 더욱 빛나고있다고 하면서 무한대의 힘과 용기를 받아안고있다. 우리 공화국이 여러 기회에 언명한바와 같이 우리의 전쟁억제력은 미국의 핵선제타격에 대응하여 이 땅에서 전쟁을 막고 민족의 자주권과 존엄, 온 겨레의 운명을 지키기 위해 갖춘 자위적수단이지 남녘동포들을 겨냥한것이 결코 아니다. 우리의 타격목표는 언제나 명백히 우리의 신성한 조국강토를 둘로 갈라놓고 60여년동안이나 남조선에서 주인행세를 하면서 우리 겨레에게 핵전쟁의 참화를 들씌우려고 북침전쟁책동에 혈안이 되여 날뛰는 미제침략자들이다. 위대한 장군님의 선군정치는 우리 민족에게는 자주권과 생존권을 담보해주는 보검이지만 미제침략자들과 그에 추종하는 친미사대매국노들에게는 무서운 철추로 된다. 북이라면 무조건 반대하고 미국이라면 무조건 좋다고 하던 시대는 지나갔다. 옳바른 민족관에 기초하여 제 정신을 가져야 한다. 최근 남조선의 적지 않은 언론들과 진보적인사들은 사리정연한 론리를 가지고 우리의 선군정치에 대하여 정당하게 평하고있다. 《북녘의 선군정치는 우리 삼천리 금수강산에 다시는 전쟁이 없게 외세, 유엔의 침략을 확실히 막는 완벽한 만병통치약이다.》 《1만개 이상의 핵을 보유한채 공공연히 핵선제타격을 운운하는 미국의 전쟁책동은 위협으로 되지 않고 작은 나라 북이 가지는 평화의 보검은 위협으로 된다는것은 궤변이다.》 《위대한 북의 동족이여! 힘을 내라! 그리하여 이겨라! 남쪽이 못하는 일을 해주기 바란다!!!》 《남쪽인구는 북의 선군정치에 동조한다.》 《남쪽은 북의 선군정치위력을 공유함으로써 강대국으로서 위상을 올릴수 있는 기회를 얻었다. 따라서 북의 자위적전쟁억제력은 남쪽립장에서 반길 일이 되며 남북평화적통일국가의 가교역할로 활용할 일이다.》 《북의 선군정치를 지지하고 같은 민족으로서 대단하다는 생각을 할 따름이다.》 《우리 민족 5천년력사이래 이런 날이 올줄이야. 김정일장군님 만세!!!》 남조선에서는 선군정치에 대한 각종 토론회들이 열리고있으며 선군정치를 지지하는 모임들이 결성되고있다. 실로 김정일장군님의 선군정치를 지지하는 남녘동포들의 열기는 대단하다. 지난 시기 남조선에 주체사상이 파급되여 숭미공미사대사상에서 벗어나 자주의식으로 전환된것처럼 지금은 김정일장군님의 선군정치를 지지하는 새로운 기류가 형성되여 조국의 자주적평화통일을 앞당기고있다. 민족의 자주와 존엄, 조국의 자주적평화통일과 민족의 미래는 다름아닌 선군정치에 있다. 세계도처에 김정일장군 선군정치연구소조가 결성되여 활동하고 지어 미국과 영국에서도 김정일장군 선군정치연구소조가 맹활약을 하고있는 현실은 머지않아 남조선에도 애국애족의 최고화신이신 백두의 선군령장 김정일장군님의 선군정치를 지지옹호하는 기운이 더욱 확산되리라고 믿게 된다.

The US imperialists' menace of war provocation is doomed to failure by the DPRK's mighty war deterrence. Even Americans sigh over their failure. They say the dream of the United States to gain supremacy over Asia by conquering the DPRK remains an everlasting dream, for having employed a wrong policy toward a wrong object. South Koreans know well the validity and might of the Songun politics safeguarding the fate of the Korean nation. People of different strata in south Korea gain courage, saying that the dignity and honor augment thanks to the north's powerful war deterrence. As the DPRK stated on different occasions, its war deterrence is the self-defensive mechanism to protect the sovereign rights, dignity and fate of the whole Korean nation against "preemptive nuclear strike" from the United States; it is in no case aimed at the fellow countrymen in south Korea. The target of the DPRK's strike is no others but the American imperialist invaders, who divided the Korean Peninsula into north and south, ruled the southern half of the country and schemed to impose the calamity of nuclear war upon the Korean nation for more than six decades of years.
